What our people say about us...

Laura Wiltshier
Was a radio broadcaster, now an accountancy and finance recruitment consultant, Cork
“I arrived in Cork in 2006 from New Zealand. As soon as I met the team, I knew I wanted to work for the company. After four years with Morgan McKinley and La Crème in both permanent and temporary recruitment, I can say with confidence that the company is a recruitment market leader with unparalleled resources. I have had the opportunity to recruit for many of the most desirable employers in the world, the chance to travel to New York, London and Barcelona and the freedom to experiment with new recruitment tools with the full support. We collaborate across the offices nationally and internationally. The camaraderie and culture here is a huge part of the reason the business is so successful. The challenges you face in your job as a recruiter are easily overcome with the support you get from having a great team around you.”

Martin O'Leary
Was an engineer, now a technical recruitment consultant, Waterford
“ I enjoy working for Morgan McKinley as no two days are the same. The role is varied and it's great meeting and interviewing candidates from different backgrounds and understanding what they do and what they wish to achieve in the future. Moving from an engineering role into a more sales type position, I was initially nervous and unsure if I would be able to do it. Morgan McKinley gave me lots of advice and there was always someone on hand to help me out. The company is very flexible to work for and with offices worldwide there are always internal opportunities to move into a different sector or country.”

Helen Gallagher
Was a recruitment administrator, now HR manager, Ireland and Asia Pacific
“I joined Premier Group as a graduate of the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of business in 2001 as a recruitment administrator. In 2004 I joined the HR team. Over the years the business supported me through the educational assistance programme to return to college at night and gain my CIPD accreditation. I enjoy working for Morgan McKinley because it is a fast paced and an ever changing environment. The people in Morgan McKinley are the best in the business and it is great to work for a company that is so innovative and cutting edge in its service offering. Your development is fully supported by management. Personal and work related successes and achievements are recognised and celebrated and genuine friendships are formed in this company. People are at the heart of everything at Morgan McKinley and it shows.”

Louise O'Leary
Was a sales support administrator, now brand manager, Ireland
“I think the main reason I enjoy working here is that I feel valued as an employee. I'm always encouraged and supported to progress and advance my career where possible. The last 12 months have been both challenging and exciting, as well as being a huge learning curve for me. To be a part of projects such as the Morgan McKinley re-brand is amazing and the work experience is invaluable. The people are fantastic too. It is a pleasure to work for such a dynamic and progressive company, which is constantly evolving and growing. It's pretty exciting.”
