We have an opportunity for a Manager to join our IT, Permanent Division. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Attracting and retaining suitable candidates
• Identifying and prospecting business with target clients
• Maintaining agreed personal and team activity levels
• Sourcing candidates for clients through advertising, search and networking
• Business development activity targeting new and existing clients, including research, canvass calls, and quality calls
• Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in
• Ensuring that all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service
